I am trying to edit the grey triangle to add a photo. However, the triangle cannot be selected and, as such, no there is no option for replace image. I understand that you have answered a similar question, but as noted earlier..I unable to select the grey triangle. It seems to have been set as a part of the background.

Yes, the grey triangle is part of the background and can’t be selected. In the previous answer, where I said “select the existing image and click the option Replace image” I was talking about slides number 3, 10 or 23. Because those slides already have a photo placed over the grey triangle, and thus can be selected.
