Is that font free as well and download-able?
Jimena says
Yes it is, you can find the link to download it inside the presentation
Liz says
How can you insert an image on the leaves?
Jimena says
Hi Liz, change the background of the slide to another image and it will be seen through the leave shapes (except in slide 3, where you can select the image and then click on the “Replace image” option).
Jazmin says
I love your slide, it’s really cool thanks for the idea
my homework never stops... says
The theme is perfect for my plant related science presentation. But it would be better if you add a page with the text in the middle for the long text, rather than on the side.
And seriously I hope my teacher would stop giving me homework and projects…

Amazing slide shared great information and keep posting.
Albert Soto says
How do you import it to your slides?
Jimena says
Hello Albert, Google says that you can import a template into an existing presentation (although I’ve never tried it)
Check the info at https://support.google.com/docs/answer/1705254?hl=en

How do you add emojis?
Jimena says
Emojis are special characters, so you add them in a text field. To learn how look at this video https://twitter.com/googledocs/status/730087240156643328
Chit says
For this would it still work if my account is owned by a company because I kind of need it on this account.
Jimena says
Hello Chit,
It will work if your company allows to make a copy of documents from other domains. Remember that you can always download the Powerpoint file and upload it to your Google Drive to edit with Google Slides, it’s a workaround but it should work as desired.
emily says
Hey!! I would love to know what background you used for the map :) i can’t find that photo of water anywhere.
Jimena says
Hello Emily, the photo was made by Linus Nylund and you can find it at Unsplash https://unsplash.com/photos/At_r0TuqL8o

Katrina Sinclair says
I click to download for Slides and when I click on Make a Copy (as prompted) it does nothing. I have tried multiple computers with the same issue. Any ideas of how to get the copy to work?
Jimena says
Hello Katrina, some users with Google Accounts hosted by schools or companies don’t have full permissions to use files from other domains in order to protect the students/employees. Please check the FAQs.
Deborah A says
Hey! Love the template! Just one concern. Is there any way I can change the pictures inside of the leaves? There is one slide where I was able to change the picture inside the leaf but all the other ones are inaccessible. Thanks!
Jimena says
Hi Deborah, I’m glad you like the template. You can change the background of the slide to another image and it will be seen through the leave shapes (slide 3, the one you’ve already changed, is the exception).
Falyn says
Hi! I love the template. I do have one question. The slide with the open ended quote – is there any way to add the end quotations?
Jimena says
Hello Falyn, enter the master slides and you’ll be able to select and duplicate the quotations to change them for the “end” ones. You can leave them in the “quote” master slide or move them to the normal slides to be able to adjust its placement to the text. Please check the FAQs.
Chelley Lowden says
Hi there! Loving this template. Although, I’m having a problem duplicating the font. Ideas? My slideshow will say the Doris Light (Green leaf template) and my font definitely does not look like the one in the template. I’ve changed it on the slide master view as well but still, no change on this or Pontano Sans. Mind is boggled right now!
Jimena says
Hello Chelley, try uninstalling both fonts from your computer. If you have the latest version of Powerpoint it will grab the correct font from the internet without the need of having them installed. Maybe that way it might work.
Elan says
This is a great slide theme, but I was wondering how you made the holes in the white leaf pattern, because in google slides the background leaf pattern is a single google shape. I have yet to find a way to make holes in shapes in google slides (except with free point polygons), and so I would love it if you could reveal how you did this.
Jimena says
Hello Elan, as far as I know you can’t do it directly in Google Slides. I made that shape in Adobe Illustrator, then exported as WMF, uploaded to Drive, open in Google Draw and copy-paste to Slides.

Add tags: leaf, leaves
Michaela Pocock says
How do i insert the iPad/Mac/iPhone images into my presentation?
Jimena says
Those images are on slides 21, 22 and 23, simply copy-paste them to the slide you want to use them.

Hello Abieshan, you should be able to download the PPT file without problems. Could you please tell me which error message are you getting?

Dear Jimena, thanks, thanks and thanks. All the best!
Elodie says
Hello,
I can’t download any template with powerpoint (office 2013). I have the following error message :
“Unable to open the presentation. It may be the antivirus installed on your computer that prevents you from opening it. To solve this problem, check that the antivirus is up to date and working properly. If the problem persists and the presentation comes from a trusted source, disable the antivirus and try opening the presentation again. Be sure to re-enable antivirus once the presentation is open.”
My anti-virus is up to date and even when disabled, I still get the same error message.
Can you help me? Thanks in advance.
Gayo says
Hello Elodie, I’m sorry to hear that you can’t open the file. I don’t think it’s really a problem with the antivirus but probably your PowerPoint version is a bit old and can’t open the file. Do you have any chance to try with a more updated version of PowerPoint?
